Established Commercial Truck Wash with Tunnel & Self-Serve Bays – Northwest Alabama

This established commercial truck wash has been in operation since February 2023. The business offers commercial truck wash services alongside a tunnel wash, which soft-opened in March 2026, and self-serve wash bays, which opened in April 2026.

The tunnel is built to accommodate vehicles up to 11 feet in height and 15,000 lbs, allowing it to service vehicle types many standard tunnels cannot handle — including dual-wheel trucks, oversized pickups, utility trucks, sprinter vans, and vehicles with ladder racks — in addition to standard passenger and commercial vehicles.

The self-serve bays give customers control over their own wash time rather than preset packages, and include foam application, high-pressure washing, a hand-wash station, vacuum system, air blower, ozone and negative ion disinfection, auto tire inflation, and fragrance application. Point-of-sale systems are tailored to each service line: Square for commercial truck wash operations, FlexWash POS for tunnel wash operations, and Nayax for self-serve equipment.

The property sits on a 5-acre owned site with daily traffic counts of approximately 13,000 vehicles. The tunnel measures approximately 110 feet in length.
